Refunds & Returns Policy

Product Inspection
The buyer is required to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. Cancellation of a transaction made through the website or over the phone will be allowed in accordance with the law, specifically the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations established under it.

Cancellation Period
A transaction may be canceled from the day of the transaction up to fourteen (14) days after receiving the product or from the day the Disclosure Form is received, whichever is later.

Disclosure Document
After completing a remote sale transaction, Benny’s Toys will provide the buyer with a document detailing the transaction as required by the law (the “Disclosure Form”). The Disclosure Form will be sent to the email provided by the buyer and/or to the address specified by the buyer at the time of product delivery, or no later than when the product is delivered to the buyer, at the company’s discretion.

Failure to Receive Disclosure Form
If the Disclosure Form is not received by the buyer for any reason, the buyer must inform Benny’s Toys through the contact details provided in Section “Contact Information” below.

Extended Cancellation Rights for Certain Consumers
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants are entitled to cancel the transaction within four (4) months from the date of the transaction, from the day the product is received, or from the day the Disclosure Form is received, whichever is later. The company may request proof of eligibility as defined by law.

Cancellation Fee
In the event of cancellation of a remote sale transaction not due to a defect, Benny’s Toys may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Defective Product
In the case of a defective product, the customer should notify Benny’s Toys, and the company will conduct an inspection. If necessary, arrangements will be made for the product’s collection. A refund will be given according to the law.

Return Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@bennystoys.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Affix a prepaid return label provided via email, or use the enclosed prepaid label (if available).

Cancellation of Remote Transactions and In-Store Purchases
A consumer may cancel such transactions by notifying Benny’s Toys as required by law, through one of the following methods:

  • By phone (oral notification)
  • By email

Refunds
Benny’s Toys will initiate a full/partial refund or an exchange for the following cases:

  • Full Refund: If the customer doesn’t receive the product.
  • Partial Refund: If the order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed period of 10-23 business days, excluding processing time.
  • Full or Partial Refund or Exchange: If the product received does not match the description or arrives damaged.

Refunds After Return
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Store’s Right to Cancel
Benny’s Toys reserves the right to cancel a transaction or sale in the following cases:

  • If there was an error in the product’s presentation or shipping, including price or description discrepancies.
  • If a technical issue occurred that disrupted the product price or description.
  • Due to force majeure (e.g., war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • If the product is out of stock.
  • If there is a suspicion that the purchase was made as a bulk or resale purchase.
